Project Manager for Philippines



  • Responsible to carry out project management to ensure the works are completed within budget, within scope, within requirement and on schedule.
  • Manage a team of technical staff to achieve given KPI
  • Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders such as project owner, consultants, contractors, authorities, etc. for matters arising during planning and execution
  • Review consultant’s designs, drawings and specification
  • Provide recommendation for any matters arising during planning and construction stage
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedure
  • Ensure proper documentation throughout the entire project phase for audit purposes in line with Headquarters’ policies
  • Involve and in-charge of leading the entire project lifecycle from start to completion of projects
  • Manage and support project initiatives and delivery
  • Identify and mitigate possible challenges and risk faced


At least 10 years of relevant working experience in project management.

  • Min Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certified
  • Strong leadership experience with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to communicate and manage different levels of people
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with capabilities to interact well with multi-international stakeholders
  • Analytical and resourceful

Thermal & Mechanical Engineer


Job Description

This position is required to work closely with the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform and checking of mechanical and thermal design of power plant equipment ie. pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping, structures as per international standard, codes and project specification/requirement
  • Supporting project development with preliminary designs for Power Plant equipment for quotation and clarification
  • Perform shop survey to solve fabrication issue and for as built drawing
  • Managing/supervision of all site installation and commissioning activities


  • Degree in Mechanical, Thermal and/or power energy
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in biomass or renewable energy industry
  • Good knowledge of entire power plant / process system
  • Good planning, organizational and trouble-shooting skills with site experience
  • Possess excellent team spirit
  • Able to travel abroad on short notice and station on site on case to case basis
